Our in-depth studies of high-quality turning cycles ensure maximum accuracy in the production of each individual piece, whose dimensional and visual control is tested in our metric rooms equipped with high-precision instruments: from simple calipers, to roughness meters, or profiler, up to the use of comparator microscopes or three-dimensional optical machines.
Processes and Sectors of application
We produce turned components, available in various materials including brass, iron, aluminum and steel. We don’t limit ourselves to supplying the raw products but, if necessary, we make use of qualified suppliers for the surface treatments of nickel plating, chrome plating, zinc plating, laser stamping and any external machining of the piece.
